Established on 17th,January,2022 Shine Pre & Primary English Medium School is an institution operating
under Fruitful Orphanage which was initiated by Isaac John Sumari for the purpose of helping kids
from poor families, orphans and the homeless who are willing and ready to study but due to their
lives being poverty stricken their schooling dreams have been shut with no way out.
From the small beginning with very few facilities, the school started by accomodating small number
of children, and kept on increasing gradually according to availability of help for expansion from
various sources such as donations in kind.
As the School is still under going developments in order to help more vulnerable kids, we welcome
anyone to support in any way that may aad on to the effort that is required to better serve these
kids and give then a better and a promising future.

Shine English Medium School is an institution under Fruitful Orphanage established by Isaac John Sumari for the aim of helping the kids from the poor families, orphans and streets who are ready to study but because of their poverty, it is hard for them to do it and no one is ready to fulfil their dreams. This project started 17th of January 2022 with few kids due to the lack of enough facilities. We thank God who is with us because we didn’t have funds to start even having land for starting but through his good people we were able to buy a small land to start building some rooms for the kids to study, drill water for the kids, getting furniture for few classes, solar system for the energy (but not sufficient for the project because we still have so long journey).
JOURNEY OF POVERTY
In Tanzania about 68% of the population live in below poverty line. Because of that situation, many parents decide neglecting their families and be the reason why most of the kids living without having any support. Some of the girls enter in early relationship so while trying to rescue their younger, which cause them getting diseases, early pregnancies and even dying while struggling to find the way of bringing the change. Many kids lost the direction after losing their beloved parents. The Angels of God stay without having shoulders to cry on and make their eyes full of tears with no encouragement. Most of them die and others become street kids while the community calling them thieves instead of finding reason why! By giving them this great opportunities will change the world in one way or another because most of them had their big dreams to be teachers, pilots, doctors, engineers, pastoralists, IT specialists, lawyers, singers, preachers, sociologists, drivers, politicians etc, but who will lead them? That’s why my request is “we need your power to make their dreams come true”.
THE AIM OF OUR SCHOOL
Our great aim is to let these innocent angel especially the group mentioned above, to get even Primary and Secondary education so that they may have the light to the success. By establishing comfortable and safe environment for them to study, sufficient materials like books, computers, different technical instruments etc, enough buildings for their levels, different sources of power like Hydroelectric power, solar energy, windmills, and also enough food so that to let them concentrate on their studies.
OUR NEEDS TO THE SUCCESS
Our journey will be full of Fruits when you will join us providing the following:-
• More well for insuring availability of sufficiency water for drinking, cleaning, toilets, gardening etc.
• Different sources of energy as mentioned above.
• Full libraries with enough books and other materials for learning.
• School buses for those who will be a little bit far from our school.
• Sufficient food for all day and boarding kids.
• Wages for the teachers and other staffs.
• Class’s, bedrooms and offices furniture.
• Enough buildings for accommodation, libraries, computer rooms, music room, staffs rooms, store for keeping our building materials, administration block, more classes and resting rooms for the little one when they feel tired.
• Nice playground for football, netball, basketball etc.
• More land for our future technical primary and secondary school both day and boarding, establishing different kinds of projects like livestock, agriculture project(means planting different crops like corn, beans, vegetable, fruits etc),
OUR FUTURE PLAN
• Establishing primary (technical) and secondary school both school with accommodation.
• Increasing the employment so that even the educated kids will work and earn their daily breads.
• Seeking for collaboration with abroad people/institutions so that to connect our kids to get wide area for high education and employment.
• To provide high quality of education for the best generation.
• Organizing different kind training so that to let the kids be independent.
• Create self employment for those kids who will be interested having their projects after getting training.
